GoodAction is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We take child safety seriously and enforce strict rules to prevent abuse, exploitation, and harmful behavior on our platform.

GoodAction has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

GoodAction strictly prohibits the following content and activities:

• Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
• Sexual content involving adults and minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication with minors
• Any content that exploits, endangers, or harms children
• Attempts to distribute, request, or promote CSAE material in any form

This prohibition applies to all user-generated content, including text, images, videos, profiles, comments, and messages.

GoodAction uses a combination of automated systems and human review to help enforce these standards.

Our safety measures include:

• Algorithms that detect and block explicit or harmful words
• Automated detection and rejection of explicit or inappropriate images and videos
• Review and removal of reported content that violates our policies
• Account suspension or permanent banning for repeat or severe violations

These measures are designed to reduce the risk of harmful content appearing on the platform, including content involving minors.

Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that violates these Child Safety Standards.

Reports can be made:

• Directly within the GoodAction app, or
• By contacting us at: info@goodaction.com

When violations are identified, GoodAction may take actions including:

• Immediate removal of offending content
• Suspension or termination of user accounts
• Reporting to appropriate legal authorities where required by law

GoodAction complies with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child protection laws. We continuously review and improve our safety practices to help protect children and maintain a responsible platform.
